The Site Investigation process is an effort to expose as much criteria as possible that will affect the development of any project with respect to time, money, and procedure through the municipal and quasi-municipal process. Upon closing the investigation, a report is provided to the owner to help determine feasibility of the project. Should the project move forward, the Site Investigation Report becomes the “road map” for the development process.
Too often have we seen Owners & Developers struggle through their project’s development process only to discover late in the sequence a deficiency in utility infrastructure or $100,000+ in municipal impact fees, that inevitably make the project unfeasible.
Although there is a consistent framework when dealing with municipalities, we craft our investigation reports to the needs of each individual client, concept, and industry to deliver a custom product each and every time.
